We would also like to bring to your attention the following information –

All activities finish at 3 o’clock for P1-P3 and all activities finish at 4 o'clock for P4-P7.We would ask that you collect your children promptly as staff wait with children for safety reasons. In the event that you are delayed beyond the allocated collection times, your child will be taken back into school and they can be collected from the foyer.

In the event of an outdoor activity being cancelled on the day due to bad weather, your child will be supervised in school until 4.00pm.Decisions regarding cancellations are made, where possible, by lunchtime.

I am sure you will agree that the children have a wide choice of activities to suit many interests and ages. All outside tutors are police checked by Access NI.

Thank you for your continued support and co-operation
